Mogi: Gentle Waters (closed)

A Mogi with a betta fish theme has been in my head for a long time, and I thought it might be a calming exercise to try it out and work with it! It was a bit of a challenge getting the colors to how I liked them, but I'm happy with the result! <3 I'd really like to paint more designs in the future.

I've also included a version with simplified colors for easier color reference uses!

This soul's dormant mask must have been carried down a gentle-moving stream, slowly drifting away from the Glade and coming to rest in the crystal waters of the Nacra Grotto, where it slept peacefully, taking in the purity of its water magics. Upon awakening, this Mogi felt the soothing comfort of its watery home, but perhaps it also sought to know what mysteries lay beyond the ferns and rocks...
